All Elite Wrestling have reported parted ways with Kevin Kelly.
When AEW added Collision to its weekly schedule in June, the company brought in Kevin Kelly to be the play-by-play announcer of the Saturday show. However, in recent weeks, his appearances on the show have been sparse to say the least, and it was noticed yesterday that he had been taken off the AEW roster page where they list all their personnel.
On this, Wade Keller of PWTorch is now reporting that Kelly has been fired by All Elite Wrestling.
“Kevin Kelly, who was part of the AEW Collision commentary team since the launch of the show last summer, has been fired by AEW according to PWTorch sources.”

As for why he was released, Kevin Kelly had been very active on social media in recent days which reportedly cost him his role in AEW. On X, he was seen posting a series of tweets suggesting that Ian Riccaboni had sabotaged his time with the company and accused him of libel. Ultimately, this was his undoing.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Kevin Kelly’s AEW exit as soon as we hear more.
