After leaving WWE, Ricochet appears to be AEW-bound.
Ricochet’s WWE contract reportedly expired on July 1st, thus making him a free agent. Numerous reports thus far have suggested that Ricochet is likely to land in All Elite Wrestling, and we now have a major update that points to this edging closer.
According to Fightful Select, Ricochet’s agent, who also represents several names across both WWE and AEW, was backstage at AEW this week leading talks between the two sides.
“Ricochet is expected in the company soon, and there was some interesting movement on that. Ricochet’s agent was backstage at AEW this week, and we’re told had been leading the subsequent talks between the two sides. Ricochet’s agent also represents a number of other talent across WWE and AEW.”

Many fans will be hopeful of seeing a rematch between Ricochet and AEW International Champion Will Ospreay should the former WWE Intercontinental Champion join the promotion, with Ospreay having teased Ricochet joining him in AEW on several occasions.
