Bianca Belair would like to see another title for WWE’s women’s division.
Over the summer, NXT added to the Women’s North American Championship to its ranks, creating a secondary championship for its women’s roster to compete for. This provided food for thought as to whether WWE’s main roster should add another women’s title to its presentation. Now, Bianca Belair has weighed in on the subject.
Speaking on the Battleground podcast, Belair confirmed her support for another women’s championship in WWE, saying that the roster is so stacked that those on RAW and SmackDown need something more to fight for and highlight their talent.
“I think we’re at a point in time where our roster is so stacked. Before you had, like, a few that were at the very, very top and they were out there every single show and having all of the matches, and now you kind of look at WrestleMania, a couple of months before, you kind of know, ‘This person’s going to be in ‘Mania.’ I think our roster is at a time now where you don’t know who’s going to be at ‘Mania and everybody’s trying to fight for a spot on the card. I feel like another title would really highlight the true talent of our division.”

While ‘The EST’ is heavily in favour of a secondary women’s title on WWE’s main roster, it doesn’t appear as if this is on the cards for the time being. Still, another championship would be a welcome addition as far as many fans are concerned, and we’ll have to wait and see as to whether it comes to fruition in future.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Bianca Belair and the possibility of another women’s championship in WWE as soon as we hear more.
