Drew McIntyre may be back on our screens very soon.
WWE fans haven’t seen Drew McIntyre since October 5’s Hell In A Cell Premium Live Event when he lost to CM Punk inside the structure, and, following on from Punk’s return on the most recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown, many were wondering when the Scotsman would re-emerge on TV. Now, it appears it may not be long before McIntyre is back in the fold.
Per PWInsider, it’s believed that creative discussions are underway regarding when and how Drew McIntyre will return to TV, although nothing is currently set in stone.
“PWInsider.com has learned creative discussions have started in regard to when and how Drew McIntyre, who hasn’t been seen since that amazing Hell In A Cell bout against CM Punk, will return. We are told nothing has been set in stone but there’s been some pitches and conversation as to what his direction will be, so he’s closer to returning.”

As of now, there are no concrete details on how WWE will execute McIntyre’s return, but many will be interested to see whether they choose to continue his interactions with CM Punk or whether they steer the former WWE Champion in an entirely new direction.
