Two AAA names are in town for RAW.
This Saturday, AAA held the first Triplemanía event under the ownership of WWE, meaning stars from RAW and SmackDown were littered across the show in multiple cross-promotional matchups. In particular, the main event saw El Hijo Del Vikingo successfully defend the AAA Mega Championship against Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee and El Grande Americano, while Mr. Iguana teamed with Niño Hamburguesa and Lola Vice to take on The Judgment Day. Now, it seems as if some of the company’s more prominent names are set to make appearances on Monday Night RAW.
Per Fightful Select, originating from Fightful Espanol, it’s believed that both Mr. Iguana and El Hijo Del Vikingo are in Philadelphia ahead of WWE RAW.
“Fightful Espanol has confirmed that Mr. Iguana and AAA Champion El Hijo Del Vikingo are both in Philadelphia ahead of WWE Raw tonight.”

The report notes that Vikingo is set to continue his feud with Dominik Mysterio, and it’s been confirmed by WWE that the pair are set to collide once again when they meet in a singles match over the AAA Mega Championship on September 12 at Worlds Collide.
As for Mr. Iguana, it was specified that his continued involvement in wider WWE programming is due to the company being extremely happy with his work as part of their association with the Mexican promotion.
