Some of wrestling’s biggest names are making their way to the silver screen.

Earlier this month, PWInsider reported that the upcoming ‘Street Fighter’ film is set to begin production next month, with Roman Reigns slated to finish his commitments the week of September 26th.

In today’s edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that Cody Rhodes is set to be done with filming by September 20th, with some crossover between the two WWE Superstar’s dates on set.

“Rhodes will be done filming by 9/20. I was told that Rhodes and Reigns’ filming dates are noted the same and there is some crossover on dates both will be there but not a lot.”

Rhodes is reportedly set to portray United States Air Force pilot Guile in the upcoming film, with Andrew Schulz recently posting a teaser of the current WWE Champion on set to his Instagram story.

Meanwhile, Roman Reigns is said to be portraying Akuma, whilst former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Hirooki Goto is reportedly set to play E. Honda.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Hirooki Goto’s filming schedule as soon as we hear more.
