Recently, we asked our followers and wrestling fans across Twitter to suggest nominees in the replies to our posts. The most frequently suggested names have shaped our shortlists.
How Winners Are Decided –

- Media members, critics, and select wrestlers and industry talents (our team will be reaching out to them over the next few weeks)
Once voting closes at Midnight on January 29, we’ll calculate the winners based on the highest combined percentage of votes from all groups and announce them shortly after.
For Wrestler of the Year, we’ll be honoring the best in each voting group with an award, then an overall 2025 Wrestler of the Year:
- Media/Critics Wrestler of the Year 2025
- Fans Wrestler of the Year 2025
- Wrestler of the Year 2025
