Chelsea Green Discusses The Undertaker Having Her Back After Michael Hayes’ Comments
Chelsea Green has WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker in her corner.
On February 25, The Undertaker welcomed Michael Hayes onto his Six Feet Under podcast, during which he defended Chelsea Green from comments made by Hayes during the latest season of WWE: Unreal. Hayes had claimed that Chelsea’s role was to make women like Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton, with The Undertaker instead feeling as though she’s underutilised and could be a top star.
Appearing on The Nikki & Brie Show, Chelsea Green opened up on how much it meant for her for The Undertaker to have her back.
“He’s texted that to me, too. He has doubled down, got my phone number and texted me to hype me up. My sister and I just had this crazy moment of like, ‘Holy sh*t, man, I’m doing it. I’m really doing it.’ I know everyone says like, ‘Oh my gosh, you’re so funny. Or like, ‘I watched you and that was hilarious.’ But there’s always the same girls that is everyone’s favorite wrestlers. Rhea [Ripley] is always gonna be everyone’s favorite wrestler. Stephanie [Vaquer] is always gonna be everyone’s favorite wrestler. I’m used to that and I support them. I champion them. They’re my favorite wrestlers, too. But to hear Undertaker saying my name, sticking up for little old me and saying it with such conviction. He did not hesitate for a second and he had told me that in the text. I’m just so thankful because I feel like he really stood ten toes down on how he felt. Michael Hayes has apologized to me and we’ve spoken about it and everything. But at the end of the day, I know that Undertaker has had my back because he booked me to win the Mixed AAA Tag Titles. So he has believed in me since before Michael Hayes said that. And someone of that high caliber or high status in wrestling, that means a lot to me. He doesn’t waste his breath on anyone.”

Following The Undertaker’s initial rebuttal to Michael Hayes’ claims, Chelsea Green appointed ‘The Phenom’ as her Secretary of Dark Affairs within an edition of her Chelsea Chronicle on X.
