Tony Khan Believes Kenny Omega May Be The Greatest Of All Time
Tony Khan believes AEW’s Kenny Omega has a case to be the greatest of all time.
Kenny Omega is undeniably one of professional wrestling’s all-time greats, with his career receiving critical acclaim across DDT Pro-Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling, and beyond. Many fans believe Omega to be the greatest to ever step foot inside the squared circle, and AEW’s President Tony Khan may be one such believer.
Appearing on The Ringer Wrestling Show ahead of AEW Dynasty, Tony Khan praised Omega’s accomplishments in All Elite Wrestling and claimed that he may be the greatest professional wrestler of all time.
“When AEW launched, there would not have been AEW without Kenny Omega. Kenny Omega is instrumental to the creation and success of AEW from the very, very beginning. I think Kenny Omega is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. And when AEW started, I think Kenny Omega was already one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. And he’s only further enhanced that reputation in AEW, winning all the World Championships, former AEW World Champion, World Tag Team Champion, and World Trios Champion. And I think he’s probably been in the best matches for all three of those championships too. You would say, ‘’What are the top five matches for the World Title, World Tag Title, World Trios Title. Kenny would be in the mix for all of those, you would say. And certainly as a singles wrestler, I think maybe the greatest of all time.”

Kenny Omega is set to challenge MJF for the AEW World Championship in the main event of AEW Dynasty on April 12 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with Omega looking to capture the gold for a second time.
Should Kenny Omega emerge victorious on Sunday, he would add to a jaw-dropping résumé that already includes reigns as IWGP Heavyweight Champion, AAA Mega Champion, and Impact World Champion, among many other accolades.
