Blake Monroe Reportedly Expected To Debut On WWE SmackDown By The End Of The Month

Blake Monroe’s WWE SmackDown debut is expected to take place this month.
During the April 24 edition of WWE SmackDown, a vignette aired revealing that former NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe is on her way to the blue brand. With ‘The Glamour’ yet to appear on WWE’s main roster, a new update has emerged regarding when she is expected to make her SmackDown debut.
According to PWInsider, Blake Monroe is expected to make her WWE SmackDown before the end of the month.
“Since we’ve been asked about her quite a bit, the expectation is that Blake Monroe would start appearing on Smackdown by the end of the month, but that’s subject to change obviously.”

Formerly known as Mariah May in All Elite Wrestling, where she is a former AEW Women’s World Champion, Blake Monroe made her WWE NXT debut on June 3, 2025 following her AEW departure the month prior.
At NXT: Revenge Night 2 on April 14, Blake Monroe once again failed to recapture the NXT Women’s North American Championship from Tatum Paxley in a casket match, a bout that ultimately marked the end of her time in WWE NXT ahead of her official call-up to the main roster.
Another former NXT standout now making a name for herself as part of Friday Night SmackDown’s women’s division is Jacy Jayne, with the Fatal Influence leader recently explaining what she believes sets her apart from the competition. You can read more about that here.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on future plans for Blake Monroe ahead of her WWE SmackDown debut as soon as we hear more.
