Alex Windsor Says AEW Is The Company Anyone In Wrestling Should Want To Go To
Alex Windsor thinks AEW is the company wrestlers should want to go for.
On June 6, following a match with Syuri for Pro Wrestling EVE, Alex Windsor announced that she’d signed with All Elite Wrestling. The Brit made her in-ring debut for the company in the women’s Casino Gauntlet at All In: Texas, and, almost eight months down the line, she’s transitioned well into the company’s programming. It now appears she believes AEW is the place to be.
Speaking with The Wrestling Classic, Alex Windsor said anyone who wants to be anything in wrestling should aim to go to AEW.
“I think it was a great, not alternative to WWE, but I just think how it looked. I can imagine, obviously, like I said, I hadn’t really seen wrestling before. I can imagine if… if I saw an AEW show as, as a fan, as a kid, and that was my first introduction to wrestling, I would want to be a wrestler after watching it. I just think how it’s presented, how the matches are- I just think as a company, it embodies what great wrestling is. So I just think whether you’re a fan or a wrestler who’s, aspiring to get signed somewhere. I just think AEW is the place that again, it, it doesn’t lie like, it’s where the best wrestle and I just think as a company that’s how it comes across, and that’s, I think, anyone who wants to to be anything in wrestling, honestly, I think it is the company to go for.”

While Windsor hasn’t been able to win any AEW championships since coming into the company, she became a two-time RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Champion on an episode of Collision back in December. The 32-year-old would then go on to form a popular team with Jamie Hayter as the Brawling Birds.
Amid her fiancé Will Ospreay’s feud with the Death Riders, Alex Windsor is now focused on combating Jon Moxley’s group. After standing by the side of United Empire this past week on Dynamite, she’s set to take on Marina Shafir on the zero hour of tonight’s AEW Dynasty.
