‘The Almighty’ is set for a spell on the sidelines.
During AEW Collision: Winter Is Coming in Cardiff, Wales, MVP announced that Bobby Lashley is currently injured. No further details were provided at the time, though more information has since emerged.
Fightful Select are now reporting that Lashley is dealing with a legitimate injury and is expected to be sidelined for a considerable period of time.
“Bobby Lashley is legitimately injured. We weren’t told of the specifics, but it was said he’s going to miss quite a bit of time.”

In addition to announcing Lashley’s injury, MVP confirmed that Shelton Benjamin will be among the competitors entering the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal at AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash in Manchester, England on December 17.
Lashley has been sidelined since taking part in the Casino Gauntlet to crown the inaugural AEW National Champion at AEW: Full Gear on November 22.
