The former WWE Champion could soon be a free agent.
Bobby Lashley has been out of action for a number of months but was most recently aligned with The Street Profits and B-Fab as The Pride. The faction picked up a win over The Final Testament at WrestleMania 40, but their leader could now find himself exiting the company imminently.
Fightful Select are now reporting that Bobby Lashley’s WWE contract is set to expire in the next month or so, additionally corroborating PWN‘s report that the former WWE Champion had been removed from the company’s internal roster.
“Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that former world champion Bobby Lashley’s WWE contract is up within the next month or so, possibly over the course of weeks. PWN learned that Lashley was removed from the internal roster page, though he is still featured on the company’s website, and Fightful was also able to confirm that news.”

PWN noted that Tamina and MVP are no longer listed on WWE’s internal roster, and thus, it’ll be interesting to see whether the pair are also set to leave the company in the coming weeks and months.
Regarding the future of Bobby Lashley, Fightful went on to state that sources claim the former Hurt Business member plans to continue wrestling should he not agree to an extension with WWE, whilst a return to fighting also isn’t out of the realms of possibility according to those close to him.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the future of Bobby Lashley as soon as we hear more.
