The 22-year-old made quite the impression at the O2 Arena.

At AEWxNJPW: Forbidden Door on Augustus 24th at the O2 Arena in London, England, STARDOM were represented by Bozilla as Mercedes Mone retained the TBS Championship against the 22-year-old in a Fatal Fourway that also involved Alex Windsor and CMLL’s Persephone.

In an interview with BILD, Bozilla revealed how she found out about getting the spot before going on to share reactions from AEW’s Will Ospreay and Josh Alexandee, as well revealing that WWE’s Giulia wrote to her about the appearance.

“Taro Okada came up to me and said, ‘You Forbidden Door?’ I said, ‘Yeah, maybe.’ I actually just wanted to go as a spectator; Will Ospreay had invited me. Then Okada said, ‘You match?’ I said, ‘What?’ Okada said, ‘You match at Forbidden Door.’ I said, ‘Okay!’ I thought it was the pre-show, but in the end, I was on the main card in the title match. Unbelievable. Backstage, I received a lot of praise, even from people who didn’t know me before. My traine,  Josh Alexande, was proud of me, and Will Ospreay was also thrilled. I thought: I’m 21, I’ve only been doing this full-time since May 2024 – and I’m standing here. What else is there to come?! Giulia wrote to me a few days later. Many colleagues congratulated me on the spot. My first AEW match was a title match against Mercedes Moné—unforgettable! That day has a special place in my heart.”

Bozilla and Giulia crossed paths during the pair’s time in Dream Star Fighting Marigold, with the former now plying her trade in Giulia’s old home of STARDOM whilst the latter currently holds the WWE Women’s United States Championship on Friday Night SmackDown.

Elsewhere during the interview, Bozilla commented on speculation regarding her future, noting that her dream is to find a permanent home in wrestling. You can read more about that here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Bozilla’s future as soon as we hear more.
