Cedric Alexander has reportedly re-signed with WWE.
Following their departures from WWE, reports emerged that MVP and Bobby Lashley were interested in reuniting ‘The Hurt Business’ outside of the company. However, during a virtual signing for K&S WrestleFest, MVP stated that thought Cedric Alexander had re-signed with WWE, meaning he wouldn’t be involved in the group’s reincarnation. Now, there has been an update on the status of the 35-year-old.
Per Fightful Select, it’s been confirmed that Cedric Alexander has re-signed with WWE, putting pen to paper on a new multi-year deal.
“Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that Cedric Alexander re-signed with WWE earlier this year. We’re told that the deal is multi-year in length like many others.”

Alexander has been frequently used on NXT as of late, taking on the likes of Trick Williams and Brooks Jensen. He is a former Cruiserweight Champion, and seems as if WWE will remain his home for many years to come.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Cedric Alexander’s new WWE deal as soon as we hear more.
