A return appears to be on the horizon for American Made’s leader.
Chad Gable has been absent from in-ring action since June after suffering a rotator cuff injury that required shoulder surgery, with reports indicating that he had been working hurt for some time before receiving treatment.
After reporting on November 18 that Gable was expected to be at the WWE Performance Center to work towards his return, PWInsider Elite are now stating that he was indeed at the WWE PC for several days last week.

In his absence, Ludwig Kaiser has taken on the mantle of El Grande Americano, though it remains to be seen whether Gable will reclaim the role upon his eventual return.
Earlier this week, newly-crowned WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Maxxine Dupri praised Gable’s mentorship as a major factor in her development. You can read more about that here.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Chad Gable’s injury status as soon as we hear more, and we continue to wish him all the best in his recovery.
