Danhausen has reportedly signed a multi-year deal with WWE.

During last night’s Elimination Chamber, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis opened the mysterious box that had appeared on the company’s weekly shows. When it opened, Danhausen emerged from a coffin to make his WWE debut, appearing just a day after being removed from the AEW roster page. Now, it seems as if he’ll be sticking with his new home for several years to come.

According to a new update from Bodyslam, it’s believed Danhausen is signed to a multi-year contract with WWE. Here, it’s also noted that the company aimed to bring him in last year, though his AEW deal was extended against his wishes.

“Sources indicate to Bodyslam that Danhausen has signed a multi-year contract with WWE. Another source indicated to Bodyslam that WWE was looking to sign Danhausen back in July of last year but his AEW deal ended up being extended despite him personally requesting for the company to not extend him if they had no plans of using him.”

The report closes by corroborating PWInsider Elite’s report that Danhausen is set to be at Monday Night RAW tomorrow night. From here, attention turns to how the company will choose to use their newest signee going forward, including intrigue over how his very unique character will be integrated into their shows.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Danhausen’s WWE debut as soon as we hear more.
