Mysterio’s reactions are legitimate, according to the man himself.
Since joining The Judgement Day in September 2022, Dominik Mysterio has rapidly become one of WWE’s most hated villains. Mysterio has so much heat, in fact, that he’s often unable to get a word in on the mic before the WWE Universe drown him out with boos, although some fans have speculated that this crowd reaction is partly piped in.
Appearing recently on K100 with Konnan, Mysterio revealed that he feels blessed to still be receiving such a reaction from the crowd and noted that it’s particularly useful when the company need to cut time out or save time during the show.
“They like it when I do that, when I go out and try to cut a promo, especially if they need to cut time out of something or they need to save time, I can go out there with a mic for two to three minutes, pretend to cut a promo. I’m still blessed to get booed. I can’t tell you, every city I go out to, it gets louder and louder,”

Additionally, Mysterio was asked whether WWE are piping in his boos, to which the former NXT North American Champion replied with the following:
“No, it’s not piped.”

Whilst Mysterio is yet to be announced for WWE’s Elimination Chamber PLE in Perth, Australia this upcoming weekend, his Judgement Day stablemates are set to be in action, as Rhea Ripley defends the Women’s World Championship against Nia Jax, whilst Damian Priest & Finn Balor will put the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on the line against New Catch Republic.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Dominik Mysterio as soon as we hear more.
