Kingston is heading to Alaska when it’s all said and done.

Eddie Kingston made his long-awaited return to AEW at the All Out pay-per-view on September 20 after suffering a fractured tibia, a torn meniscus, and a torn ACL in May 2024. Kingston went on to defeat Big Bill at the event and subsequently aligned himself with Hook.

Speaking to Gabby LaSpisa on the Gabby AF Podcast, Eddie Kingston revealed that he has six years remaining on his current deal with All Elite Wrestling and stated explicitly that he plans to head to ‘The Last Frontier’ once that deal expires.

“I have six years left on my contract. I want to make my money and then buy a place in Alaska and get the f*ck away from society. Get me the f*ck to Alaska. As long as I can watch the Yankees, Giants, Knicks and Rangers, all that stuff with streaming, I’m good. Leave me alone.”

Kingston is scheduled to challenge Samoa Joe for the AEW World Championship at AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming tonight at the Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

With Hook having rejoined The Opps at AEW: WrestleDream to help Samoa Joe capture the title in his match with Adam Page, Kingston is likely to have his eye on more than just the championship gold in tonight’s main event.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Eddie Kingston’s contract status as soon as we hear more.
