Giulia will be competing this Saturday.
In just four days, on July 13, Marigold Summer Destiny will emanate from Ryogoku Kokugikan as the company put on their latest event. One of the marquee matchups for the show saw Giulia being advertised to take on Sareee, however there was some confusion as to whether the clash would take place due to the 30-year-old sustaining a wrist injury in May. Now, there has been a positive update for those wanting to see the match.
Per Tokyo Sports, Rossy Ogawa has now confirmed that Giulia has been cleared to compete against Sareee at this Saturday’s show.
“The ace made it in time! Rossy Ogawa (67), the organization’s representative, said in an interview in the early hours of the 10th, “We have received the official OK from the doctor, so the match with Saree will go ahead as scheduled.””
