Giulia is reportedly dealing with an injury.
When NXT Women’s Champion Giulia challenged NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer to a match to find out who the better woman is on last night’s show, eyebrows were raised when the Chilean star raised the stakes by making it title vs title. The huge clash was later made official for Roadblock on March 11, and there’s now been an update on Giulia’s condition heading into the match.
Per PWInsider, it’s believed that Giulia is currently dealing with an injury issue, although the exact details are yet to be confirmed.

The report notes that Giulia is still expected to compete at Roadblock against Stephanie Vaquer, although the match’s outcome will likely be a huge indicator as to the extent of the NXT Women’s Champion’s injury.
