In the October 13 edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that Fatu was initially scheduled to compete in this past weekend’s men’s War Games match. With his dental procedure having reportedly shifted creative plans, attention now turns to how WWE chooses to re-introduce the former United States Champion to storylines when he returns.
Fatu’s most recent televised match came on the August 15 edition of SmackDown, although, factoring in live events and dark matches, he last competed on September 12. We look forward to seeing him return to the ring in the near future.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Jacob Fatu as soon as we hear more.
