Karrion Kross would love to face Sami Zayn at WrestleMania.

With WrestleMania 41 around seven weeks away, attention is quickly turning to what might be in store for fans making the trip to Las Vegas this April. So far, only two matches have been announced for the ‘Show of Shows’ as Jey Uso challenges GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship and Tiffany Stratton defends the WWE Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair. Now, Karrion Kross has weighed in on who he’d like to face at WrestleMania.

Speaking to Jesse Ventura on The Body Shop, Kross calls Sami Zayn an excellent possible opponent for him at WrestleMania.

“I have a feeling it’s gonna be Sami Zayn (that I’m wrestling next) and I don’t know when but I feel like that’s coming. We’re getting to a boiling point. I mean, that would be wonderful (if it’s at WrestleMania). He would be an excellent opponent at WrestleMania.”

Kross and Zayn have had many backstage interactions on WWE programming in recent weeks, with a possible match seemingly being set up between the two for later down the line. While it’s been teased, if and when they step into the ring together remains to be seen.

Zayn is currently locked into a feud with his longtime rival and former tag team partner Kevin Owens, with the pair set to have an unsanctiomed match at Elimination Chamber. Currently, neither man has a defined path to WrestleMania, so a match between Sami and Kross isn’t off the cards.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the possible plans for WrestleMania 41 as soon as we hear more.
