A lawsuit has reportedly been brought against AEW, Tony Khan and Ian Riccaboni.

Shortly after being released in March, Kevin Kelly made it clear that he planned to sue AEW after an issue between he and Ian Riccaboni led to Kelly’s termination after he accused the ROH commentator of libel via social media. Now, along with Brandon and Brendan Tate who refute claims their respective releases were down to them no-showing bookings, the lawsuit has become a reality.

Per WrestlingNewsAV, it’s believed that Kevin Kelly and the Tate twins are bringing a lawsuit against AEW, Tony Khan and Ian Riccaboni.

In the lawsuit, Kelly alleges defamation against Ian Riccaboni, and is seeking monetary damages after claiming that AEW breached his contract, also saying that the situation has made it hard for him to find work elsewhere. As for The Boys, they’re filing for defamation against Tony Khan and AEW, refuting claims that they no-showed events in the lead up to their ROH releases.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Kevin Kelly and the Tate twins launching a lawsuit against AEW as soon as we hear more.
