Another AEW star is set to leave the promotion.

Earlier this month, Ricky Starks, Miro, and Malakai Black all exited All Elite Wrestling after months of speculation, and it now appears as though we can add another name to the list of recent departures.

According to a report from PWInsider Elite, Leyla Hirsch’s AEW contract is set to expire tomorrow and is not expected to be renewed, thus making her a free agent.

“”Legit” Leyla Hirsch, 28 will be departing All Elite Wrestling, PWInsiderElite.com has learned. Hirsh’s AEW contract expires tomorrow and she will not be remaining with the promotion. Hirsch will be a free agent immediately at that time.”

After making her AEW debut in 2020, Hirsch was officially announced by Tony Khan as having signed with the promotion. Her most recent outing came at ROH Final Battle last December, where she unsuccessfully challenged Red Velvet for the ROH Women’s World Television Championship.

Hirsch had primarily competed on Ring of Honor since her return to action in July 2023 following a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to suffering a torn ACL.

The Russian-born American talent, who originally trained in CZW, had stints in Japan with STARDOM and Germany for wXw prior to joining AEW, and so it’ll be interesting to see where she lands next.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the future of Leyla Hirsch as soon as we hear more.
