Love & Peace Will Defend Open The Triangle Gate Championships Against XenisS On November 5

Love & Peace have their next challengers.
The trio made up of Hyo, JACKY KAMEI, and Riiita will defend their Open the Triangle Gate Championships against El Cielo, Kota Minoura, and Yuki Yoshioka from XenisS after the XenisS trio defeated JACKY, Riiita, and Mochizuki Jr. in the opening match of Dragongate’s show on Saturday.
They would then go on to make the official challenge for DG’s upcoming Korakuen Hall show on November 5. This will be the first time XenisS will ever challenge for the titles.
Hyo, JACKY KAMEI, and Riiita became the 100th Open the Triangle Gate Champions after the defeated the Natural Vibes trio of GuC, Strong Machine J, and U-T in what was an incredible match from DG’s Kobe Pro Wrestling Festival show from July 20.
They have since made two defenses, first against Genki Horiguchi, Kenichiro Arai, and Yasushi Kanda on September 12 and second against Ryoya Tanaka, Homare, and Kazuma Kimura of XENOSTAL NOVA.
Looking at the challengers, only one of the three has held the Triangle Gate, that being Kota Minoura who has held it four times. Somehow, even though he’s held the Open the Dream Gate Title before, Yuki Yoshioka has never held this belt before, nor has El Cielo.
Elsewhere in Dragongate, the next Open The Brave Gate challenger has been decided, you can read more about that here.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the upcoming Open The Triangle Gate Championship defence as soon as we hear more.
