Another WWE release has been confirmed.

Matt Camp is someone who had been with WWE for many years. The presenter was commonplace on The Bump, and had never missed an iteration of the show since it’s inception in 2019. He had also been seen on Raw Talk and was most recently on the NXT Vengeance Day Kickoff Show.

However, per PWInsider, it’s now being reported that Matt Camp has been released by WWE, with it noted that his release has come as a shock to many in WWE’s bubble, particularly as there has been no given reason for the departure.

“Matt Camp, who had been a host of WWE’s ‘The Bump’ as well as other WWE content over the years, has been released.”

Prior to joining the wrestling giant, Camp worked as the lead Fantasy Football Analyst for Bleacher Report, and was experienced in the wrestling world through being the lead announcer for Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore promotion. So, it’s likely that he will land another top role wherever he chooses to go next.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Matt Camp’s WWE release as we hear more.
