Mike Bailey is believed to be procuring his visa with AEW.
Back in November, it emerged that ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey had finished up with TNA, with their last match for the company being taped on October 27. From there, it was widely speculated that the 34-year-old would be headed to AEW, with some reports specifying that they were set to compete in the 2024 Continental Classic. However, Bailey is still yet to make their AEW debut and we now have an indication as to why.
Per Fightful Select, it’s believed that ‘Speedball’ is in the process of procuring a visa with AEW.
“He was expected to go to AEW pretty well from the time he’d reached his last dates with TNA. There are rumors internally that he is in the process of procuring his visa with AEW.”

As yet, there’s been no indication as to when Bailey’s visa issues will be resolved or when we might expect to see them on AEW TV. Regardless, there’s no denying that the former TNA X-Division Champion is one of the most exciting wrestlers in the world and will be a strong addition to the All Elite Wrestling roster should the move happen in the near future.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Mike Bailey to AEW as soon as we hear more.
