Nikki Bella doesn’t think WWE will give The Bellas a sendoff after their current run.

After Nikki Bella made sporadic appearances for WWE throughout 2025, including contending for the Women’s World and Intercontinental Championships respectively, many were hoping a Bella Twins reunion wasn’t far away. Then, during the 2026 Royal Rumble, Brie made her first in-ring appearance since 2022, reuniting the duo moving forward. Now, they’ve revealed more on their new deals with the company and have looked ahead to their retirement.

Speaking on The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki Bella discussing their respective two-year deals with WWE signed around the Royal Rumble, noting that she doesn’t think the team will get their proper sendoff.

“For me, I don’t think you [Brie] and I will ever get that last retirement moment that John [Cena] got and AJ Styles got. Let’s be honest, the men get, right? I don’t think you and I will ever get that, but I would love to have that because I do know that the contract that we signed, we signed a two year deal starting Royal Rumble. And for you and I, the talks we’ve had and what I know just where I’m at, that’s it. That will be the end for me and for us. I would love to put my kicks, my snapback, my jersey right in the middle of that ring and just give that final bow. So I don’t know if we’ll ever get that. I don’t think we will. I want to have some of my best matches. I want to have a lot of fun. But I want to have an iconic moment where I could look back and go, damn, that was great two years. We did it. I don’t want to walk away with any what ifs. If I only did. I don’t want any of that. I want to look back at these past two years that we’re about to create and be like, damn, girl, we did it.”

The Bellas first signed with WWE in 2007, becoming a huge part of the divas era. They’d star in Total Divas before going on to have their own spinoff show ‘Total Bellas’ which began in 2016. The pair even went into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2021.

Recently, Nikki and Brie declared interest in competing for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, with Lash Legend and Nia Jax previously named among the teams they’d most like to wrestle before they retire. With their title match happening tomorrow night on SmackDown, it’s possible the Bella Twins could walk into WrestleMania 42 as champions.
