Paul Heyman offers advice for those looking to join WWE.

Having a list of clients that include Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman has worked with a myriad of top stars during his time as manager in WWE. Nowadays, he’s a member of The Vision, coaching young talent like Austin Theory and Bron Breakker as he aims to help them reach the next level in their careers. Now, Heyman has offered some advice to those looking to make their name in wrestling today.

In an interview with Catch Club, Heyman was asked to give advice to those wanting to join WWE one day. Here, he said the key was surpassing expectations.

“Surpass expectations. Understand the assignment that you’re given and excel. Be the best at what you do. Be better than everybody else.”

Speaking of Heyman’s work with The Vision, the group will now have a representative in tonight’s Elimination Chamber match as Jey Uso was seen taken out on last night’s SmackDown. In the main event of the show, Logan Paul defeated Jacob Fatu to earn the right to replace Uso in the Chamber after Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre interfered to cost ‘The Samoan Werewolf’.
