Priscilla Kelly says NXT contracts can start at $30,000.

In the past few weeks and months, NXT’s contracts have come under scrutiny many of the company’s former names have been vocal on how their deals weren’t going to work out financially. First, Jazmyn Nyx revealed her departure from the company was down the extension offer she received from the company not being enough even when she tried to negotiate a raise. Then, following Ridge Holland’s contract not being renewed, it emerged the Brit had been on ‘NXT money’ having taken a pay cut when he joined the developmental brand from the main roster in 2023. Now, another former WWE name has discussed NXT’s contracts.

Speaking with Denise Salcedo, Priscilla Kelly revealed some NXT contracts start as low as $30,000 a year.

“A lot of fans for some reason think that if you work in WWE, you’re a millionaire, you live in a mansion, you’re driving a Benz, you’ve got it made. That’s not the case. In NXT, there’s contracts as low as $30,000 a year.”

Kelly, known to WWE fans as Gigi Dolan, spent over four years with NXT having first signed in 2021. In the company, she won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships on two occasions with Toxic Attraction and had been teaming with Tatum Paxley and Shotzi before her release in May 2025.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on NXT contracts as soon as we hear more.
