According to reports, prosecutors are pressing charges against Cash Wheeler.
In August, FTR’s Cash Wheeler was arrested after he allegedly ‘flashed a gun’ during a road rage incident. A warrant got his arrest was issued on July 28 and he filed a plea of not guilty of aggravated assault with a firearm on August 3, but later turned himself in and was arraigned on August 18.
There was no real movement on the issue after this date, but PWInsider are now reporting that, on February 2, prosecutors decided to move forward with charges, with a hearing slated for just over two weeks later.
