Rhea Ripley feels she doesn’t need a title in WWE.

At present, Rhea Ripley is one of WWE’s biggest stars. Since arriving on the main roster in 2022, the Australian has won three world titles, even reigning as the Women’s World Champion for 380 days between April 2023 and April 2024, and she remains one of the most dominant performers today. Regardless of whether she’s a heel or face, Ripley consistently gets some of the biggest reactions no matter where the company go, and the 29-year-old has now discussed not needing a championship to be on top.

Speaking on The Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show, Ripley talked about how she feels she doesn’t need a title to show her dominance in WWE.

“I don’t know, I feel like kind of naked in a way without [a title], but at the same time, I don’t mind not having a title because I still feel like… every time I walk through the curtain and walk onto the stage in front of everyone, I feel like a champion. So I feel like I don’t need a title to represent how dominant I am in the WWE. That being said, at WrestleMania, I will be getting a title. I will be walking out the new Women’s Champion.”

Ripley’s last taste of gold came when she and IYO SKY captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships from the Kabuki Warriors, reigning from January 5 to February 27. Since then, the beloved duo agreed to go their separate ways for the time being, as ‘The Eradicator’ returns her focus to singles gold.

Having won the Elimination Chamber, Ripley will challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42. This will be the her seventh straight championship match to take place at the ‘Show Of Shows’, with Ripley having never competed at WrestleMania without there being a title on the line.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Rhea Ripley as soon as we hear more.
