The ‘Nature Boy’ wants to see more from Randy Orton.

Randy Orton and Ric Flair are likely to forever be linked by WWE fans thanks to the time the pair spent in Evolution alongside Triple H and Batista, and its clear the WWE Hall of Famer remains a big supporter of ‘The Viper’.

In an interview with The Escapist, Flair was asked about his daughter Charlotte Flair, which prompted him to also give a shoutout to his Evolution stablemate Randy Orton.

“She only became a wrestler by accident. But not only is she the best female wrestler, she’s the best wrestler in the world and the most athletic person in the company. She is the best wrestler, male or female and I can say that without flinching, without looking back. The only person who I think is close to her, when he is on and healthy, when you think about in ring timing and knowing where you are all the time, is Randy Orton. Randy’s really underutilised — I don’t know. I think maybe he made somebody mad along the way. Randy’s not afraid to say what he thinks and that’s not always popular.”

-Ric Flair

With Orton being a former fourteen-time World Champion in WWE, it certainly appears as though Flair will be rooting for him to eventually catch John Cena up to John Cena’s record-breaking seventeen reigns before he calls it a day.

In terms of what’s next for Orton, he currently finds himself at war with Drew McIntyre, who himself has eyes on the current WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates future plans for Randy Orton as soon as we hear more.
