Seth Rollins has a given an estimate for his recovery.

At Crown Jewel in Perth, Seth Rollins suffered a torn rotator cuff during his match with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. This meant the company had to vacate RAW’s World Heavyweight Championship and change plans so Bron Breakker and The Vision broke away from Rollins on October 13, allowing the star to get shoulder surgery. Now, the 39-year-old has given an update regarding his recovery.

Appearing on Mohr Stories, Rollins indicated he has around three or four months left on his recovery.

“I have a few more months left with my shoulder. I had the rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago, almost nine from where we’re talking right now. So, you know, I got another three months, four months at least.”

In his absence, Rollins’ longtime rival CM Punk captured the World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Jey Uso at November’s Saturday Night’s Main Event. ‘The Second City Saint’ is set to defend against Bron Breakker on the first RAW of 2026, with it possible that Seth’s former teammate could be champion by the time ‘The Visionary’ is back.

When it comes Rollins’ return, a recent report indicated WWE hasn’t yet locked in plans for his comeback, although it was specified that they have high expectations of Bron Breakker moving forward. You can read more about that here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Seth Rollins’ injury status as soon as we hear more.
