Stephanie McMahon says her daughter Aurora felt the path to wrestling was closed after the Vince McMahon allegations.

When it comes to the professional wrestling business, the McMahon family go back generations. Whether it’s Vince J. McMahon, Vince K. McMahon, Stephanie or Shane, it’s common for members to follow those before them into the industry. With that in mind, Stephanie McMahon has now addressed one of her daughters having a change of heart about getting into wrestling.

Speaking on the What’s Your Story podcast, Stephanie discussed how her daughter Aurora initially wanting to get into wrestling but felt as if the path was closed after allegations against Vince McMahon surfaced.

“She’s naturally gifted in the ring. Nattie used to train her a long time ago, and then everything happened with my dad and the business, and I left. I think I don’t realize necessarily the impact that it had, especially on Aurora, but on all of my kids, because Aurora always saw a path forward through the business. And when everything happened suddenly, that wasn’t there anymore. And she had to shift her focus and what she thought she was going to do, and that happens in life anyway. You constantly change and all of that, but it was a path that she felt suddenly wasn’t there anymore. Who knows? She might find her way back to it.”
