Swerve Strickland’s New AEW Contract Reportedly Believed To Be One Of The Biggest Deals In Company History

More has emerged regarding the new contract of Swerve Strickland.

On the All In Zero Hour, Swerve Strickland was seen signing a contract extension with All Elite Wrestling just days after he confirmed that he was in the process of renegotiating with the company. Now, more is known about his new deal.

Per Fightful Select, it’s believed that, after initially signing a three-year deal with AEW in 2022, Strickland is now set to start with All Elite Wrestling until at least 2028. Interestingly, it’s noted that his new contract is considered to be ‘one of the biggest deals in the company’s history’.

“We’re told the contract is a multi-year contract that will keep him with the company until at least 2028, though we aren’t sure of the exact length of the deal. It was confirmed to Fightful that this is considered one of the biggest deals in the company’s history.

Swerve may have lost his AEW World Championship to Bryan Danielson at Wembley Stadium, but fans will be happy to know that he plans to stay with the company for many years to come.
