The Righteous may be off to WWE.

Back in May, Vincent and Dutch of The Righteous departed AEW after around two years with the company. The pair quietly exited the promotion after requests for their respective releases were granted months before their deals were set to expire. Now, their next move appears to have been revealed.

Per Fightful Select, it’s believed that The Righteous have been informing promotors that they’re finishing up with indie bookings, with it believed WWE are interested in them.

Sources familiar with the situation claim to Fightul that Vinny and Dutch, known collectively as The Righteous, have informed some promoters that they are finishing up their indie dates in the coming months. Word out of WWE is that the company has been interested in them, and many believe they are likely to be signed.”

The report notes that the duo were part of a WWE tryout back in 2022. However, with Vince McMahon re-entering the fold in search of a sale, a hiring freeze was put in place. With the company maintaining an interest in the team, it appears as if Vincent and Dutch may soon be joining WWE.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on The Righteous’ possible move to WWE as soon as we hear more.
