An iconic segment could be set for a comeback at next Friday’s SmackDown.
After initially appearing to be set to face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 40, The Rock is now firmly a heel after fan reactions led to Cody Rhodes getting back on the path to finishing his story.
With The Rock very much leaning into elements of his previous ‘Hollywood Rock’ WrestleVotes are now reporting that the iconic ‘The Rock Concert’ could be set to make its long-awaited return at next week’s SmackDown in Mephis, Tennessee, with an announcement potentially coming tonight.

Last week’s episode of SmackDown saw The Rock acknowledge Roman Reigns, with the pair challenging both Cody Rhodes and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins to a tag team match at Night 1 of WrestleMania 40.
Rhodes and Rollins are set to address The Bloodline’s challenge tonight, and with The Rock also set to be present, it’ll be interesting to see whether their paths cross on screen.
