The Rock Reportedly Getting The Biggest Offer In Pro-Wrestling History For WWE WrestleMania 43 In Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia are making a major play to bring ‘The Final Boss’ to Riyadh.
Since the official announcement in September last year that WrestleMania 43 will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, multiple reports have indicated that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is in talks over a potential in ring return at the event.
Dave Meltzer has noted in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that sources in Saudi Arabia believe Johnson has received the largest offer ever made to a professional wrestler.
“When WrestleMania was first announced for Saudi Arabia, we had noted from sources in that country and its plans that they were wanting Johnson on the show and that Johnson would be getting the largest offer ever made for someone to do a pro wrestling show for his involvement.”

While it remains unclear whether the negotiations will ultimately prove fruitful for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Johnson said during an appearance on Raffi Talks earlier this week that he is excited about WrestleMania heading to Riyadh and that the reported discussions have been “all good”.
Earlier this month, Andrew Baydala reported that The Rock is not expected to compete at WrestleMania 42 this year, and while a significant offer has been made regarding the following year’s event in Saudi Arabia, the Hollywood megastar is said to be hesitant because it would likely mark his final in-ring appearance. As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the negotiations between The Rock and Saudi Arabia over his potential involvement at WrestleMania 43 as soon as we hear more.
