Lyra Valkyria could be set for a big 2026.

Since becoming the inaugural Women’s Intercontinental Champion in January, Lyra Valkyria has continued to rise on RAW. Her acclaimed summer trilogy with Becky Lynch cemented her status as one of the brand’s top stars, and recent indications suggest that WWE has major plans for her heading into 2026.

According to a report from BodySlam, WWE are believed to have major plans in place for Lyra Valkyria heading into next year.

“Sources indicate that there are big plans expected for Lyra Valkyria heading into 2026. Valkyria is viewed as a big piece in the women’s division for the future.”

With all signs pointing towards 2026 being a major year for the Dublin native, several betting sites have already listed Lyra Valkyria among the early favourites to win next year’s Royal Rumble.

Valkyria is set to team with Bayley next Monday on RAW, where the duo will face The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on WWE’s plans for Lyra Valkyria as soon as we hear more.
