‘The Megastar’ may be set for a strong 2026.
Since 2023, LA Knight has been one of the most popular stars on WWE’s main roster. The 43-year-old’s momentum led him to becoming a two-time former United States Champion, winning his first at SummerSlam 2024, and a large section of the company’s fanbase remain keen to see him reach the main event scene. Still a consistent part of Monday Night RAW, it now seems as if WWE remain high on ‘The Megastar’ heading into next year.
According to a new update from Bodyslam, WWE still see Knight as a top babyface for the company, with sources indicating that 2026 could be a much-improved year as far as he’s concerned.
“LA Knight is still very much a top player for the company. Sources indicate to Bodyslam that 2026 will be a much better year for Knight. Knight is being positioned as one of the top babyfaces in the company and with him being involved with The Vision, it’s only going to grow the crowd reactions in a more positive way. The company is aware of the reactions and want to play the long game with Knight.”

In recent weeks, Knight has been featured prominently on WWE TV, making it to the final of the ‘Last Time Is Now’ tournament. Despite not earning the right to face John Cena in the legend’s final match, the star has been mixing it up with members of The Vision on recent editions of RAW as he looks to build momentum heading into next year.
When it comes to WWE’s plans for 2026, a recent report indicated the current favourite to win next year’s Men’s Royal Rumble. You can read more about that here.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on WWE’s plans for LA Knight as soon as we hear more.
