Xavier Woods is staying with WWE.
Having signed with the company back in 2010, Xavier Woods is one of the most recognisable names on Monday Night RAW. As part of The New Day, he has 10 main roster tag team championships to look back on, and he even achieved singles success in 2021 by winning King of the Ring. Now, it’s emerged that Woods has renewed terms with WWE.
Per Fightful Select, it’s believed that Xavier Woods has recently re-negotiated with WWE, putting pen to paper on a multi-year extension with the company.
“Fightful Select has learned that New Day member Xavier Woods was recently in a negotiation period with WWE that resulted in him signing a multi-year extension to remain with the company. His contract would have been up in September 2025, but the two sides were able to come to terms on a deal.”

The report notes that all three members of The New Day inked matching deals in 2019. However, due to the possibility of injury time being tacked on to their deals, it’s currently unknown as to when Kofi Kingston’s WWE contract is up. Regardless, the company will be glad to have tied Woods down for the coming years.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Xavier Woods’ WWE contract extension as soon as we hear more.
