Jacob Fatu reportedly won’t be on this week’s SmackDown.

Around WrestleMania weekend, it was reported that Jacob Fatu had told those around him that he had signed with WWE. This led to him being pulled from a GCW show, and he was even believed to be backstage at WrestleMania 40, but he is yet to make his official debut for the company. Initially, it had circulated that Fatu was expected to make his first appearance this Friday on SmackDown, however, this now doesn’t appear to be the case.

Per PWInsider Elite, it’s now reported that Jacob Fatu won’t be on the WWE Draft edition of SmackDown this week, and, although plans are still in place for his debut, there is said to be no rush for Fatu’s first TV appearance.

“The latest on Jacob Fatu is that he is no longer slated to be at the forthcoming WWE Draft related TV tapings this week, so he won’t be debuting at that time as some in the company originally expected. There is a plan in place but with The Bloodline, everything is laid out in a meticulous manner. According to one source, there is no rush on his debut.”

With Solo Sikoa recently introducing Tama Tonga as the newest member of The Bloodline, it will be interesting to see how WWE opts to bring Jacob Fatu into the fold when the time is right. For now, fans will seemingly have to wait slightly longer to see the 32-year-old make his WWE debut.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Jacob Fatu’s WWE debut as soon as we hear more.
