Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com has confirmed that WWE NXT releases are ongoing and confirmed that the following talents are no longer with WWE.
Bodhi Hayward, who has most recently been on WWE NXT TV as part of the Andre Chase University group has been released. He had been a standout of the group and was written off TV last week with the storyline being Duke Hudson had taken him out.
Sloane Jacobs fka The Notorious Mimi on the independent scene has been released. The 19 year talent from Pennsylvania signed with NXT back in March of 2022. The Monster Factory trainee had appeared on NXT TV during the Women’s Breakout Tournament earlier this year while also working Level Up. She had worked the NXT Live events over the weekend.
Erica Yan, originally from Shanghai, China, who signed last year with WWE NXT has been released. She began appearing on NXT TV in late 2021. Yan last wrestled for WWE NXT in September 2022.
Damaris Griffin the 26 year old native of Texas had made several appearances on NXT Level Up has been released. He had not even been wrestling with for a year with WWE prior to his release.
Ru Feng who signed a WWE NXT deal a year ago has been released. He had made appearances on 205 Live and NXT TV as in an enhancement role.
