This past Monday’s episode of Raw saw Matt Riddle finally return to WWE TV following an absence since December 5th last year. Riddle had been written off television by Solo Sikoa to allow him to enter into rehab during a suspension, with him making another appearance on last Friday’s Smackdown to attack Sikoa and The Usos in order to continue their feud where they left off.
PWInsider Elite have now provided an insight into how WWE intends on using the former US Champion moving forward, revealing that he’s expected to feature across practically every Raw, Smackdown, and live event for the time being.
“As you saw Friday, Matt Riddle appeared on Smackdown. We are told Riddle is pretty much on every Raw, Smackdown and live event going forward now that he has returned to action.”

With Roman Reigns coming out of WrestleMania 39 with his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship reign intact, it appears as though The Bloodline aren’t going anywhere anytime soon, and thus a returning Riddle is likely to help even the odds as Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn look to put an end to their dominance.
Riddle is set to make his official in-ring return during tonight episode of Raw in a match against The Miz following their altercation during last week’s show.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Matt Riddle’s WWE schedule as soon as we hear more.
