Orange Cassidy has reportedly added to his skillset recently, providing work as an AEW producer/ agent.
Current AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy is one of the company’s most reliable in-ring talents. As of writing, the 39-year-old has held the title for 281 days and is consistently putting on stellar matches to retain the gold. Fans have become accustomed to hearing his entrance music to kick off Dynamite, with his next championship match coming on the July 26 edition as he takes on AR Fox.
Though, per Fightful Select, Orange Cassidy is believed to have expanded his role to include work as an agent/ producer for AEW. In fact, the report notes that Cassidy has already produced matches such as Big Bill and Brian Cage vs Matt Sydal and Trent Beretta as part of the company’s recent blind eliminator tag team tournament.

The report clarifies that among Cassidy’s new roles will be sending any necessary directions to ringside, going over match layouts with performers and making television producers aware of upcoming spots in matches so the cameras are prepared to catch the action.
