Nick Khan says WWE can’t rush with Bron Breakker.

Bron Breakker’s betrayal of Seth Rollins last October had many fans ready to see him elevate to the top of the card. Particularly when the 28-year-old had an opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship on the first RAW of 2026, it felt like the second-generation star could be set to reach the next level and possibly win the gold. However, with his momentum somewhat halted, Nick Khan has now emphasised the importance of patience when it comes to Breakker.

When speaking to Bill Simmons, Khan was asked who he sees leading WWE in 10 years. Here, he named Breakker as someone he’s high on, but mentioned how he has to develop at his own pace.

“I’m high on Bron. We cannot rush it, though. Gotta sort of let him develop at his own pace. He’s an excellent athlete who obviously grew up in the wrestling business, but let it develop at its own pace, which we’re all on the same page about.”

Having suffered a hernia on the February 2 episode of RAW, Breakker is set to miss out on a spot on the card at WrestleMania 42. Should he have been available on the road to WrestleMania, the assumption is that the 28-year-old would’ve featured in a marquee match with his former stablemate Seth Rollins following their split last Autumn.

Despite recent reports that the former Intercontinental Champion is now cleared for a return to action, it’s believed WWE opted to push a possible match with Rollins back to give the feud more time to build across episodes of RAW. Instead, the company pencilled ‘The Visionary’ in for a match with GUNTHER. You can read more about how the match came together here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Bron Breakker as soon as we hear more.
