Roman Reigns offered advice to Jacob Fatu ahead of his match at WrestleMania 42.
On Saturday, April 18, Jacob Fatu defeated Drew McIntyre in an Unsanctioned Match on Night One of WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, marking his second WrestleMania victory in as many appearances at the event.
Speaking to Daniel Cormier following WrestleMania 42, Jacob Fatu opened up about his emotions heading into the event and the advice he received from Roman Reigns before making his entrance.
“It was emotional. It didn’t hit me until I actually was getting ready to walk out. I’m so nervous. I seen a couple cats on the way. I seen my big Uce. I seen the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns right before I walked out. He still calls me Jake, Jakester, Jakey. So he had to, ‘Hey, man, calm down. Enjoy the moment.’ Something that my wife always tells me, but Roman was like, ‘Just take it all in.’”
