WWE Reportedly Shifting Creative Plans For Fatal Influence After Strong Start

Fatal Influence’s strong start on SmackDown has WWE altering their plans.

WWE’s Fatal Influence made their WWE SmackDown debuts on April 24, with Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Lainey Reid stepping onto the main roster after impressing on WWE NXT. Having already made an impact on Friday nights, the trio are already shaking up the women’s division early in their run.

Following their impressive start to life on WWE SmackDown, with the group generating strong crowd reactions, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that WWE have already begun shifting creative plans for Fatal Influence, with Jacy Jayne in particular set to be featured more prominently moving forward.

“Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported that creative plans surrounding the Fatal Influence group have already begun to shift due to the crowd reactions for the group. Several in the creative process have said that they have rearranged some plans in the women’s division to feature Jacy Jayne more prominently after the group’s strong performances.”

During the unit’s time in WWE NXT, Jacy Jayne became one of the brand’s top stars as a two-time NXT Women’s Champion, as well as capturing the TNA Knockouts World Championship. Meanwhile, Fallon Henley arrives on WWE SmackDown as a former NXT Women’s North American Champion and former WWE Women’s Speed Champion.

Last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown saw Fatal Influence pick up an impressive win over Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss, with a returning Jade Cargill attacking Ripley to create an opening for the group to take advantage.
